Oral care element and oral care device

An oral care element at least comprising a brush handle (100), a contact element carrier (200), and a surface covering element (300), wherein:

• the brush handle (100) extending along a main extension line defines a flow guide channel (110) and a first inlet (111) and a first outlet (112) communicating with the flow guide channel (110), and the first inlet (111) and the first outlet (112) are positioned at two opposite ends of the brush handle (100) on the main extension line;
• the contact element carrier (200) is mounted at one end of the brush handle (100) adjacent to the first outlet (112) along a direction intersecting with the main extension line, the contact element carrier (200) at least partially protrudes from the brush handle (100), and the contact element carrier (200) is provided with a bristle cluster (400) extending along the direction intersecting with the main extension line and a water spray part (210) communicating with the first outlet (112);
• and
• the surface covering element (300) is soft in texture, and covers around a side surface of an entirety formed by one end of the brush handle (100) adjacent to the first outlet (112) and the contact element carrier (200), and the contact element carrier (200) is connected to the brush handle (100).
