Abstract

Implementations are directed to enabling a representative associated with an entity to quickly and efficiently modify a voice bot associated with the entity. The voice bot can be previously trained to communicate with user(s) on behalf of the entity through various communication channels (e.g., a telephone communication channel, a software application communication channel, a messaging communication channel, etc.). Processor(s) of a computing device can receive, from the representative, representative input to modify behavior(s) and/or parameter(s) that the voice bot utilizes in communicating with the plurality of users via the communication channels, determine whether the representative is authorized to cause the behavior(s) and/or parameter(s) to be modified, and cause the behavior(s) and/or parameter(s) to be modified in response to determining that the representative is authorized. Notably, the representative input can be received through the same communication channels that the user(s) utilize to communicate with the voice bot.

Dependent claims

A method implemented by one or more processors, the method comprising:

identifying a conversational agent associated with an entity, the conversational agent configured to communicate with a plurality of users via a communication channel;
causing a conversational interface for configuring the conversational agent to be rendered for presentation to a representative associated with the entity;
receiving natural language input from the representative requesting a modification to a behavior of the conversational agent via the conversational interface;
determining that the representative is authorized to modify the conversational agent;
analyzing the natural language input to identify one or more parameters of the conversational agent to be updated;
and
updating the one or more parameters of the conversational agent based on the natural language input, wherein subsequent communications between the conversational agent and the plurality of users utilize the updated one or more parameters.

memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to be operable to:
identify a conversational agent associated with an entity, the conversational agent configured to communicate with a plurality of users via a communication channel;

receive natural language input from the representative requesting a modification to a behavior of the conversational agent via the conversational interface;

update the one or more parameters of the conversational agent based on the natural language input, wherein subsequent communications between the conversational agent and the plurality of users utilize the updated one or more parameters.
