Abstract
A method for manufacturing an RFID medium includes: providing a structure including: a base material, a thermosensitive color-developing layer on a front surface of the base material, and an antenna on a rear surface of the base material; providing an IC chip; and electrically and mechanically connecting the IC chip to the antenna via an anisotropic conductive material, which comprises curing the anisotropic conductive material by ultraviolet light.

A method for manufacturing an RFID medium, the method comprising:
- providing a structure comprising:
- a base material,
- a thermosensitive color-developing layer on a front surface of the base material, and
- an antenna on a rear surface of the base material;
- providing an IC chip;
- and
- electrically and mechanically connecting the IC chip to the antenna via an anisotropic conductive material, which comprises curing the anisotropic conductive material by ultraviolet light.
