Abstract
An optical structure includes a substrate layer, a brightness enhancement layer, and a diffuser layer. The substrate layer, the brightness enhancement layer, and the diffuser layer are of the same basic material and are integrally injection-molded. A backlight module, a display device, and a method for preparing the optical structure are also provided.
Claims17
An optical structure, applied to a backlight module, comprising:
- a substrate layer;
- a brightness enhancement layer;
- and
- a diffuser layer;
- wherein an air gap is provided between the substrate layer and the brightness enhancement layer, and between the brightness enhancement layer and the diffuser layer;
- the substrate layer, the brightness enhancement layer and the diffuser layer are made of same basic material and are integrally injection-molded.
