Abstract
A method for producing a lens which includes a hard coat layer in which occurrence of outer peripheral unevenness is suppressed in a center portion and an outer peripheral portion of the lens. The method for producing a lens includes: performing a pre-wet treatment on a base including a plastic lens by using a pre-wet liquid containing a first solvent and a second solvent, and having a content of the second solvent based on a total amount of the first solvent and the second solvent of more than 20 mass %, the first solvent having a boiling point of 60 to 100° C., and the second solvent having a boiling point of 150 to 210° C.; and forming a hard coat layer on the base by using a hard coat layer-forming composition containing the second solvent, the base having been subjected to the pre-wet treatment.
Claims16
A method for producing a lens, the method comprising:
- a step 1 of performing a pre-wet treatment on a base including a plastic lens by using a pre-wet liquid containing a first solvent and a second solvent, and having a content of the second solvent based on a total amount of the first solvent and the second solvent of more than 20 mass %, the first solvent having a boiling point of 60 to 100° C., and the second solvent having a boiling point of 150 to 210° C.;
- and
- a step 2 of forming a hard coat layer on the base by using a hard coat layer-forming composition containing the second solvent, the base having been subjected to the pre-wet treatment.
