Abstract
A home appliance includes: a cabinet defining a storage space, a plurality of doors configured to open and close the storage space, a plurality of lighting devices provided in the plurality of doors, respectively, and configured to show a color of each door, and a control unit configured to control the plurality of lighting devices. The control unit is configured to, based on a color of one door of the plurality of doors being input, control the plurality of lighting devices to synchronize the colors of the plurality of doors to be the same.
Claims20
A system for controlling one or more home appliances, comprising:
- at least one home appliance comprising:
- a plurality of doors each comprising a lighting device configured to emit light in selectable colors, and
- a control unit configured to control the lighting device;
- and
- a user device configured to communicate with the home appliance, the user device comprising:
- a touch input screen including:
- a door selection interface configured to display graphical representations of the plurality of doors and receive selection of one or more doors for color adjustment,
- a first color selection interface configured to display available colors for adjustment and selection,
- wherein the control unit is configured to, based on (i) multiple doors being selected via the door selection interface and (ii) a color being adjusted and selected via the first color selection interface, change the colors of lighting devices of the selected doors simultaneously.
A system for controlling one or more home appliances, the system comprising:
- a first home appliance comprising:
- a first door comprising a first lighting device configured to emit light in selectable colors, and
- a first control unit configured to control the first lighting device;
- a second home appliance comprising:
- a second door comprising a second lighting device configured to emit light in selectable colors, and
- a second control unit configured to control the second lighting device, and
- wherein the second control unit is configured to, in response to a selection of the first door and an adjustment of the color of the first lighting device based on data received from a user device, synchronize the color of the second lighting device with the adjusted color of the first lighting device.
