Abstract
The invention relates to a threaded plug on an elongated body for a threaded connection to a threaded bushing, wherein the threaded plug has a conical external thread, in which a section of a flank of the external thread can be represented as a section of a function which has a curvature, wherein the section of the function has an angle to a connecting line of adjacent thread bases or thread tips that is greater than 45° over a height of at least 0.3 times the thread height.

A threaded plug (2) on an elongated body (1) for a threaded connection to a threaded bushing (4), wherein the threaded plug (2) has a conical external thread (3), in which a section of a flank of the external thread (3) can be represented as a section of a function (ft) which has a curvature, wherein the section of the function (ft) has an angle to a connecting line (VGG, VGS) of adjacent thread bases (GG) or thread tips (GS) that is greater than 45°, over a height (Ht) of at least 0.3 times the thread height (GH).
The threaded bushing (4) on an elongated body (1) for a threaded connection to a threaded plug (2), wherein the threaded bushing (4) has a conical internal thread (5), in which a section of a flank of the internal thread (5) can be represented as a section of a function (ft) which has a curvature, wherein the section of the function has an angle to a connecting line (VGG, VGS) of adjacent thread bases or thread tips (GG, GS) that is greater than 45°, over a height (Ht) of at least 0.3 times the thread height (GH).
A use of a threaded plug (2) or a threaded bushing (4) for a threaded connection to a threaded bushing (4) or a threaded plug (2), wherein the threaded plug (2) has an external thread (3) or the threaded bushing (4) has an internal thread (5), in which a section of a flank of the external thread (3) or of the internal thread (5) can be represented as a section of a function (ft) which has a curvature, wherein the section of the function (ft) has an angle to a connecting line (VGG, VGS) of adjacent thread bases or thread tips (GG, GS) that is greater than 45°, over a height of at least 0.3 times the thread height (GH).
