Abstract
The invention relates to the stearate salt of sabcomeline. The stearate salt of sabcomeline may be a solid, preferably in a crystalline solid. The invention also relates to various polymorphic forms of sabcomeline stearate salt. The invention further relates to methods of preparing the stearate salt of sabcomeline and its various polymorphic forms and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the stearate salt of sabcomeline and its various polymorphic forms.

A method of making crystalline sabcomeline stearate, the method comprising crystallizing sabcomeline stearate from at least a first solvent and collecting crystallized sabcomeline stearate.
