Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a phosphor compound for diagnosing fire blight in fruit trees based on fluorescence and use thereof. The compound is capable of selectively detecting Erwinia amylovora, the causal pathogen of fire blight in fruit trees, and emits red fluorescence in response. Due to its rapid diagnostic response and high sensitivity, the compound can be effectively used for diagnosing fire blight in fruit trees through various simple methods such as spraying or swabbing, without the need for specialized equipment.
