Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a container cap and a sealing member having a self-opening function. The container cap and a sealing member may comprises: a container cap that is screw-fastened to an opening of a container and includes at least one opening lug on an inner bottom surface; and a sealing member that includes a seal membrane layer attached to a top surface of the opening of the container and having a lamination structure with one or more layers, a backing layer that is attached to the top of the seal membrane layer and is made of at least one plastic film or sheet, an opening tab that is formed in the backing layer, and an opening guide line that is formed in the backing layer and connected to the opening tab.
Claims13
A container cap and a sealing member with a self-opening function comprising:
- a container cap that is screw-fastened to an opening of a container and includes at least one opening lug on an inner bottom surface;
- and
- a sealing member that includes a seal membrane layer attached to a top surface of the opening of the container and having a lamination structure with one or more layers, a backing layer that is attached to the top of the seal membrane layer and is made of at least one plastic film or sheet, an opening tab that is formed in the backing layer, and an opening guide line that is formed in the backing layer and connected to the opening tab,
- wherein, when the container cap is rotated in an opening direction in order to detach the container cap from the container, the opening lug of the container cap is caught by the opening tab of the sealing member, and the opening tab is lifted upwardly, thereby automatically removing the sealing member together with the container cap from the opening of the container.
