Volumetric Metering Valve, Particularly for Liquid, Viscous and/or Piece-Containing Products

A volumetric metering valve, particularly for liquid, viscous and/or piece-containing products, which is configured to be interposed between a storage tank for a liquid, viscous and/or piece-containing product and a container to be filled which is located below said storage tank between an inlet opening defined on said storage tank and a filling opening defined on said container;

• further comprising:
• a valve body, which defines inside it an intake duct and a filling duct which can be connected, respectively, to said storage tank and to said container at said inlet and said filling openings;
• said intake and filling ducts being superimposed and communicating with each other by means of a siphon-equipped duct located on an opposite side with respect to said inlet and said filling openings;
• a flow control element, which is configured to move transversely with respect to said intake duct and along said filling duct between an intake position, in which said inlet opening is fully open and said filling opening is closed, and a filling position, in which said inlet opening is closed and said filling opening is fully open, passing through at least one throttling position which is intermediate between said intake and filling positions, in which said inlet opening is closed and said siphon-equipped duct is partially open;
• a filling chamber, which communicates with said siphon-equipped duct proximate to said intake duct;
• and
• a pusher piston, which is accommodated in said filling chamber to slide between a loading position, in which said pusher piston is fully extracted from said filling chamber so as to allow said product to flood said filling chamber, and a discharge position, in which said pusher piston is fully accommodated in said filling chamber so as to convey said product from said filling chamber to said siphon-equipped duct, passing through a draining position which is intermediate between said loading and discharge positions.
