An information processing apparatus comprising a controller configured to:

• acquire, via an in-vehicle communication apparatus of a vehicle, user information on a user linked to the vehicle;
• identify a terminal apparatus linked to the user;
• when the vehicle supports a digital key and the user has a contract for the digital key, display, on a screen, first information to perform both authentication of the user and registration of the digital key to the vehicle using the identified terminal apparatus;
• and
• otherwise, display, on the screen, second information to perform authentication of the user using the identified terminal apparatus.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program configured to cause an information processing apparatus to execute operations, the operations comprising:

• acquiring, via an in-vehicle communication apparatus of a vehicle, user information on a user linked to the vehicle;
• identifying a terminal apparatus linked to the user;
• when the vehicle supports a digital key and the user has a contract for the digital key, displaying, on a screen, first information to perform both authentication of the user and registration of the digital key to the vehicle using the identified terminal apparatus;
• and
• otherwise, displaying, on the screen, second information to perform authentication of the user using the identified terminal apparatus.
