Abstract
A laminating device including: a laminator that performs lamination processing of laminating a film on a recording medium on which image formation has been performed; and a first hardware processor that: acquires sheet characteristic information corresponding to smoothness of the recording medium; and controls a conveyance speed in the laminator based on the acquired sheet characteristic information.

A laminating device comprising:
- a laminator that performs lamination processing of laminating a film on a recording medium on which image formation has been performed;
- and
- a first hardware processor that:
- acquires sheet characteristic information corresponding to smoothness of the recording medium;
- and
- controls a conveyance speed in the laminator based on the acquired sheet characteristic information.
A non-transitory storage medium storing a computer-readable program for a computer of a laminating device including a laminator that performs lamination processing of laminating a film on a recording medium on which image formation has been performed, the program causing the computer to perform:
- acquiring sheet characteristic information corresponding to smoothness of the recording medium;
- and
- controlling a conveyance speed in the laminator based on the acquired sheet characteristic information.
