Systems and methods for medical imaging

A method for medical imaging, which is implemented on a computing device including at least one processor and at least one storage device, comprising:

• obtaining image data of a subject;
• determining one or more bowtie sizes of a bowtie filter of a medical device for one or more regions of interest (ROIs) of the subject, each of the one or more bowtie sizes corresponds to one ROI;
• generating a set of controlling information of the medical device based on the bowtie sizes;
• and
• controlling the medical device to scan the one or more ROIs, wherein before scanning each of the one or more ROIs, the bowtie filter of the corresponding size is positioned below a radiation source according to the corresponding set of controlling information.

A system for medical imaging, comprising:

• at least one storage device including a set of instructions;
• and
• at least one processor configured to communicate with the at least one storage device, wherein when executing the set of instructions, the at least one processor is configured to direct the system to perform operations including:
• obtaining image data of a subject;
• determining one or more bowtie sizes of a bowtie filter of a medical device for one or more regions of interest (ROIs) of the subject, each of the one or more bowtie sizes corresponds to one ROI;
• generating a set of controlling information of the medical device based on the bowtie sizes;
• and
• controlling the medical device to scan the one or more ROIs, wherein before scanning each of the one or more ROIs, the bowtie filter of the corresponding size is positioned below a radiation source according to the corresponding set of controlling information.
