Foldable Tackle Bag

A backpack comprising:

• a main storage compartment defined by a back wall, a front wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a bottom wall, and a top wall;
• a top storage compartment attached to the top wall;
• a first side storage compartment attached to the first side wall;
• a second side storage compartment attached to the second side wall;
• at least one folding storage compartment having a front section, a first side section, a second side section, a rear section, a bottom section, and a top section;
• and
• wherein said folding storage compartment is sized and shaped to be housed within a portion of the main storage compartment and be coupled to one of said walls of the main storage compartment.

A method of manufacturing of a backpack comprising:

• cutting a fabric like material into a back wall, a front wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a bottom wall, and a top wall;
• sewing the back wall, the front wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, the bottom wall, and the top wall into a main storage compartment;
• cutting a fabric like material into a first side storage compartment, and a second side storage compartment;
• and
• sewing the first side storage compartment to the first side wall, and the second side storage compartment to the second side wall.
