A composite device of an HVAC system is provided. The composite device includes a heat pump assembly, an electricity storage system and a DC bus to which the heat pump assembly and the electricity storage system are connected.

A composite device of an HVAC system, the composite device comprising:
- a heat pump assembly;
- an electricity storage system;
- and
- a DC bus to which the heat pump assembly and the electricity storage system are connected.
