Abstract
A clamp for removable attachment to tubing or the like including two components oriented relative to each other for removable engagement therebetween. The clamp may include one or more fasteners to provide for secure and removable attachment of the two components together, and for securing itself to the tubing or the like. In example embodiments, the two components may be substantially identical to each other, and reorienting them relative to each other permits removable engagement therebetween. One or more components or supports may be permitted for engagement with one or more clamps for supporting or temporarily securing items or other desired devices thereto.
Claims20
A mounting assembly for removable attachment to a support structure, the mounting assembly comprising:
- a first bracket and a second bracket, each bracket comprising a clamping portion and a coupling portion,
- wherein the clamping portion of each of the first bracket and second bracket comprises a coupling surface configured for engagement with a segment of a perimeter of the support structure such that in a coupled position the clamping surfaces of the brackets are complementary to an outer profile of the support structure,
- wherein the coupling portion of the first bracket permits removable coupling engagement with the coupling portion of the second bracket so as to provide frictional engagement of the clamping surfaces with the perimeter of the support structure and so as to prevent rotational movement of the mounting assembly relative to the support structure;
- a third bracket and a fourth bracket, each comprising a coupling portion configured to couple to one another;
- and
- a plurality of upright surfaces connecting the first bracket to the third bracket and connecting the second bracket to the fourth bracket,
- wherein the mounting assembly forms a container when engaged with the support structure and wherein the first bracket and second bracket form a floor of the container, and
- wherein the third and fourth bracket form an upper surface of the container.
A mounting assembly for removable attachment to a support structure comprising:
- a first bracket and a second bracket, each bracket comprising a clamping portion and a coupling portion;
- wherein the clamping portion of each bracket comprises a clamping surface configured for engagement with a segment of a perimeter of the support structure such that in a coupled position the clamping surfaces of the brackets are complementary to an outer profile of the support structure,
- wherein the coupling portion of the first bracket permits removable coupling engagement with the coupling portion of the second bracket so as to provide frictional engagement of the clamping surfaces with the perimeter of the support structure and so as to prevent rotational movement of the mounting assembly relative to the support structure;
- at least one mounting portion;
- and
- a table surface comprising at least one engagement portion configured for removable attachment to the mounting portion, whereby the table surface is supported by the mounting assembly when the mounting assembly is engaged with the support structure.
A mounting assembly for removable attachment to a support structure, the mounting assembly comprising:
- a first bracket and a second bracket, each bracket comprising a clamping portion and a coupling portion,
- wherein the clamping portion of each bracket comprises a clamping surface configured for engagement with a segment of a perimeter of the support structure such that in a coupled position the clamping surfaces of the brackets are complementary to an outer profile of the support structure,
- wherein the coupling portion of the first bracket permits removable coupling engagement with the coupling portion of the second bracket so as to provide frictional engagement of the clamping surfaces with the perimeter of the support structure and so as to prevent rotational movement of the mounting assembly relative to the support structure, and
- wherein at least one of the first and second brackets comprises an attachment portion, the attachment portion comprising at least one of a cutout or an opening.
