Abstract
The present disclosure is directed to chemical compounds and to the use of such compounds in the treatment of diseases associated with an adrenergic receptor.
Claims20
A pharmaceutical composition comprising about 10 pg to 100 mg of a compound having the following structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- R1′ is halogen, —R′, —CN, or —NO2;
- each R′ is an optionally substituted C1-6 aliphatic;
- and
- R2′, R3′, and R4′ are each independently halogen, —R′, —CN, —NO2, —OR′, or —NR′2, or
- R2′ and R3′ together with the carbon form an optionally substituted 3-7 membered cycloalkyl or heterocycle ring, as a unit dosage form.
A method of treating a disease associated with an adrenergic receptor by slowing down, lessening symptoms of, and/or halting the progression of the disease in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound having the following structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein:
- R1′ is halogen, —R′, —CN, or —NO2;
- each R′ is an optionally substituted C1-6 aliphatic;
- and
- R2′, R3′, and R4′ are each independently halogen, —R′, —CN, —NO2, —OR′, or —NR′2, or
- R2′ and R3′ together with the carbon form an optionally substituted 3-7 membered cycloalkyl or heterocycle ring,
- thereby treating the disease in the subject.
