Abstract
A method for handling a releasable product assembly having at least one workpiece part and a residual grid includes releasing the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid by using at least one vibration generator at a separation station, and fixing the product assembly to a holding device, which engages underneath the product assembly at an edge side thereof with at least one holding member. The releasing the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid takes place on the product assembly fixed by the holding device.
Claims17
A method for handling a releasable product assembly having at least one workpiece part and a residual grid, the method comprising:
- releasing the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid by using at least one vibration generator at a separation station, and
- fixing the product assembly to a holding device, which engages underneath the product assembly at an edge side thereof with at least one holding member, wherein the releasing the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid takes place on the product assembly fixed by the holding device.
A mechanical device for handling a releasable product assembly which has at least one workpiece part and a residual grid, the mechanical device comprising:
- at least one vibration generator for releasing the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid at a separation station, and
- a holding device for fixing the product assembly, the holding device comprising at least one holding member for engaging underneath an edge side of the product assembly, wherein the mechanical device is configured to release the at least one workpiece part from the residual grid on the product assembly fixed by the holding device.
