Control mechanisms, spindle systems, and spot welding apparatuses

A spindle system, comprising a spindle body, at least one moving component connected to the spindle body, and at least one control mechanism connected to the spindle body, wherein the control mechanism includes a driving component, a pipeline, and an actuating component, the driving component forms a sealed circuit with the actuating component via the pipeline, and the sealed circuit is filled with a filling medium;

• the driving component includes a driving cylinder and a first piston, the actuating component includes an actuating cylinder and a second piston, and the actuating cylinder is connected to the at least one moving component;
• movement of the first piston along an axis of the driving cylinder causes a change of a volume of the filling medium within the driving cylinder, and further causes a change of a volume of the filling medium within the actuating cylinder via the sealed circuit;
• and
• the change of the volume of the filling medium within the actuating cylinder drives the second piston to move along an axis of the actuating cylinder, and further drives the at least one moving component to move, each of the at least one moving component including at least two movement strokes, wherein different movement strokes correspond to different actuating actions.

A spot welding apparatus, comprising a spindle body and a hybrid drive mechanism, wherein

• the spindle body is coaxially arranged, from inside to outside, with a stirring pin mechanism, a stirring sleeve mechanism, and a compression sleeve mechanism in sequence;
• the hybrid drive mechanism includes a stirring pin control mechanism drivingly connected to the stirring pin mechanism and a stirring sleeve control mechanism drivingly connected to the stirring sleeve mechanism, and the stirring pin control mechanism and the stirring sleeve control mechanism are configured to correspondingly drive the stirring pin mechanism and the stirring sleeve mechanism to perform axial movement along an axis of the spindle body;
• the stirring pin mechanism includes a first tool changing component configured to perform a tool clamping action and a tool unclamping action on a stirring pin when the stirring pin mechanism performs the axial movement along the axis of the spindle body;
• the stirring sleeve mechanism includes a second tool changing component configured to perform a tool clamping action and a tool unclamping action on a stirring sleeve when the stirring sleeve mechanism performs the axial movement along the axis of the spindle body;
• and
• the compression sleeve mechanism includes a third tool changing component configured to perform a tool clamping action and a tool unclamping action on a compression sleeve.
