An ergonomic sit-stand chair includes a first chair base, a pneumatic rod, and a first seat connected in sequence, as well as a first backrest and a backrest bracket, where the first seat is connected to one end of the backrest bracket, and the other end of the backrest bracket is movably connected to the first backrest; the first chair base is provided with a second chair base and a storage mechanism; and the second chair base is connected to the first chair base in a flipping manner through the storage mechanism. The ergonomic sit-stand chair achieves the standing function mainly through the second chair base. The ergonomic sit-stand chair utilizes the frictional force between the feet and the second chair base to balance the gravity generated in the leaning direction, preventing the chair from sliding displacement.
