Method and System for Presence Detection

A device, comprising:

• a display;
• and
• at least one processor configured to:
• detect a trigger based on a degradation of a signal;
• determine that the device entered a building based on the detected trigger;
• receive a notification in response to the determination that the device entered the building;
• and
• cause the display to display a received notification.

A method, comprising:

• detecting a trigger based on a degradation of a signal received by a user device;
• determining that the user device entered a building based on the detected trigger;
• receiving a notification in response to the determination that the user device entered the building;
• and
• displaying in a user interface of the user device the received notification.

A non-transitory computer-usable storage medium and comprising computer instructions that when executed by at least one processor cause the at least one processor to perform a method, the method comprising:

• detecting a trigger based on a degradation of a signal received by a user device;
• determining that the user device entered a building based on the detected trigger;
• receiving a notification in response to the determination that the user device entered the building;
• and
• displaying in a user interface of the user device the received notification.
