System for ticketing based on decentralized identification (did) and method therefor

Abstract

Proposed is a method for ticketing based on decentralized identifiers. The method may include uploading a decentralized identification (DID) and a DID document to a verifiable data registry) to register a DID by a user device. The method may also include requesting issuance of a verifiable credential (VC) for a purchased ticket by transmitting the DID by the user device, obtaining a DID document from the VDR through the DID by an issuer device. The method may further include authenticating the ownership of the DID according to an authentication method included in the DID document through interaction with the user device by the issuer device. The method may further include issuing a verifiable credential corresponding to the DID to the user device in response to the ownership of the DID being successfully authenticated by the issuer device.
