Abstract
A marker for analyzing a biological sample includes an affinity reagent configured to specifically bind to a target analyte of the biological sample, a labelling moiety, and a nucleic acid construct. A marker for analyzing a biological sample, the marker comprising:
- an affinity reagent configured to specifically bind to a target analyte of the biological sample;
- a labelling moiety;
- and
- a nucleic acid construct configured to associate the labelling moiety with the affinity reagent,
- wherein the nucleic acid construct comprises a triplex structure.
