Abstract
A collection kit includes an inflow tube to which a medical bag is connected, and a collection bag connected a downstream of the inflow tube. The collection bag includes a plurality of housing chambers, a common flow path connected to the downstream of the inflow tube, and a plurality of coupling flow paths branching from the common flow path and respectively communicating with the plurality of housing chambers. A collection target (M) housed in the medical bag is temporarily stored in the plurality of housing chambers. The collection target is transferred from the plurality of housing chambers to the plurality of sampling containers, respectively.
Claims17
A collection kit for collecting a collection target housed in a medical bag into a plurality of sampling containers, the collection kit comprising:
- an inflow tube to which the medical bag is connected;
- and
- a collection bag connected to a downstream of the inflow tube and formed by overlapping and welding two flexible sheets, wherein the collection bag comprises:
- a plurality of housing chambers that houses the collection target;
- a common flow path connected to the downstream of the inflow tube;
- a plurality of coupling flow paths that branches from the common flow path and communicate with the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- a plurality of exhaust flow paths connected to upper portions of the plurality of housing chambers, respectively, for exhausting air inside the plurality of housing chambers;
- and
- a plurality of outflow paths connected to lower portions of the plurality of housing chambers, respectively, allows the collection target to flow out from the plurality of housing chambers, and transfers the collection target to the plurality of sampling containers, respectively.
A collection method for collecting a collection target housed in a medical bag into a plurality of sampling containers via a collection kit, wherein the collection kit comprises:
- an inflow tube to which the medical bag is connected, and
- a collection bag connected to a downstream of the inflow tube and formed by overlapping and welding two flexible sheets, wherein the collection bag comprises:
- a plurality of housing chambers that houses the collection target;
- a common flow path connected to the downstream of the inflow tube;
- a plurality of coupling flow paths that branches from the common flow path and communicate with the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- a plurality of exhaust flow paths connected to upper portions of the plurality of housing chambers, respectively, for exhausting air inside the plurality of housing chambers;
- and
- a plurality of outflow paths connected to lower portions of the plurality of housing chambers, respectively, allows the collection target to flow out from the plurality of housing chambers, and transfers the collection target to the plurality of sampling containers, respectively,
- wherein the collection method comprises:
- connecting the medical bag to the inflow tube;
- dividing the collection target moved from the medical bag into the collection bag through the inflow tube and the common flow path into a plurality of branches by the plurality of coupling flow paths and introducing the plurality of branches into the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- separating the medical bag from the inflow tube after introducing the plurality of branches into the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- blocking communication between the plurality of coupling flow paths and the common flow path after introducing the plurality of branches into the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- connecting, respectively, the plurality of sampling containers to the plurality of outflow paths after the plurality of branches is introduced into the plurality of housing chambers, respectively;
- and
- transferring the collection target from the plurality of housing chambers to the plurality of sampling containers respectively connected to the plurality of outflow paths.
