A rotary dehumidification device is disclosed. The device includes a dehumidification passage, a regeneration passage, and a dehumidification module. The dehumidification module includes a primary dehumidification rotor and a first condensation module. The primary dehumidification rotor is rotatably arranged and includes a first moisture absorption zone and a first regeneration zone disposed along its circumferential direction. The first moisture absorption zone is located within the dehumidification passage, and the first regeneration zone is located within the regeneration passage. The first condensation module is positioned upstream of the first moisture absorption zone and includes a first surface cooler and a second surface cooler disposed downstream of the first surface cooler. The refrigeration temperature of the second surface cooler is lower than that of the first surface cooler. This configuration reduces the energy consumption of the rotary dehumidification device.
