Abstract
A gel felt production system includes a conveying device including a plurality of first rotating rollers that are rotatably. The plurality of first rotating rollers are disposed at intervals along a conveying direction of the conveying device. An input end of the conveying device is configured to input a wet felt, and an output end of the conveying device is configured to output a gel felt. A method for producing the gel felt using the gel felt production system is further provided.

A gel felt production system, comprising:
- a conveying device, comprising a plurality of first rotating rollers that are rotatably disposed, wherein the plurality of first rotating rollers are disposed at intervals along a conveying direction of the conveying device, an input end of the conveying device is configured to input a wet felt, and an output end of the conveying device is configured to output a gel felt.
A method for producing a gel felt, comprising:
- providing a gel felt production system, comprising:
- a conveying device, comprising a plurality of first rotating rollers that are rotatably disposed, wherein the plurality of first rotating rollers are disposed at intervals along a conveying direction of the conveying device, an input end of the conveying device is configured to input a wet felt, and an output end of the conveying device is configured to output a gel felt;
- and
- conveying the wet felt from the input end of the conveying device to the output end of the conveying device, so that the sol of the wet felt undergoes gelation during a conveying process.
