A compound of formula (4), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate or stereoisomer thereof:

• wherein X40-X42 are each independently N or CR46, and at least one of X40-X42 is CR46;
• wherein R40-R44 are each independently hydrogen, —C1-C6 alkyl, or —OR47;
• wherein R45 and R46 are each independently selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen, halogen, —OH, and —CO2H;
• wherein each R47 is independently —C1-C6 alkyl;
• and
• wherein n is 0 or 1.
