Abstract
An interlayer film for laminated glass, comprising two or more resin layers, wherein at least one of the resin layers has a glass transition temperature different from that of the other resin layer or layers, and wherein the two or more resin layers include a low-Tg resin layer having the lowest glass transition temperature among the two or more resin layers, the interlayer film for laminated glass has a thickness ratio of the low-Tg resin layer to the entire interlayer film, R(x), wherein x [mm] represents a coordinate on a straight line from one end of the interlayer film to the other end, and the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the thickness ratio R(x) is 8% or less.
Claims19
An interlayer film for laminated glass, comprising two or more resin layers,
- at least one of the resin layers having a glass transition temperature different from that of the other resin layer or layers,
- the two or more resin layers including a low-Tg resin layer having the lowest glass transition temperature among the two or more resin layers,
- the interlayer film for laminated glass having a thickness ratio of the low-Tg resin layer to the entire interlayer film, R(x), wherein x [mm] represents a coordinate on a straight line from one end of the interlayer film to the other end, and
- the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the thickness ratio R(x) being 8% or less.
An interlayer film for laminated glass, when the interlayer film is trisected into regions from one end of the interlayer film to the other end, each of the regions having a primary resonance frequency as determined by mechanical impedance measurement in accordance with ISO 16940:2008, and the absolute value of the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the primary resonance frequency being 50 Hz or less.
An interlayer film for laminated glass, when the interlayer film is trisected into regions from one end of the interlayer film to the other end, each of the regions having a loss factor as determined by mechanical impedance measurement in accordance with ISO 16940:2008, and the absolute value of the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the loss factor being 0.1 or less.
