Abstract
A display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a display area including a plurality of sub-pixels, a non-display area outside the display area, a first electrode arranged on the substrate for each of the sub-pixels, a first bank arranged on the first electrode, located at a boundary between adjacent sub-pixels, and overlapping a peripheral region of an upper surface of the first electrode, and a plurality of nanostructures disposed on an upper surface of the first bank.

A display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a display area including a plurality of sub-pixels;
- a non-display area outside the display area;
- a first electrode arranged on the substrate for each of the sub-pixels;
- a first bank arranged on the first electrode, located at a boundary between adjacent sub-pixels, and overlapping a peripheral region of an upper surface of the first electrode;
- and
- a plurality of nanostructures disposed on an upper surface of the first bank.

- a first electrode arranged on the substrate for each of the sub-pixels;
- a first bank arranged on the first electrode, located at a boundary between adjacent sub-pixels, and overlapping a peripheral region of an upper surface of the first electrode;

- a plurality of nanostructures disposed on an upper surface of the first bank,
- wherein the plurality of nanostructures have a tilt angle equal to or less than 30 degrees with respect to a front of the display device, scattering or reflecting light incident the front and dissipating the light.
