System and method for providing targeted visual communications display

A system for automatically presenting information visually to third parties, the system comprising:

• a visual display configured to display promotional offers to the third parties;
• an information capturing system configured to capture live information in a vicinity area of the visual display;
• a processing unit configured to process the captured information and determine the number of people in the vicinity area of the visual display;
• a communicator configured to communicate the processed information;
• and
• a server unit configured to receive the processed information through the communicator and generate promotional offers based on the determined number of people;
• characterized in that the processing unit determines an optimum timing for presenting the promotional offers on the visual display based on the determined number of people in the vicinity of the visual display, and
• the visual display presents the promotional offers to the third parties at the optimum timing to increase effectiveness of the promotional offers.
