The calculating may comprise performing freshness prediction using a machine learning tool trained with historic content items and labeled expiration times. The calculating may comprise performing freshness prediction based on time-related keywords in content item titles. The calculating may comprise obtaining a new content item published after the original publication time and determining the new content item renders the original content item expired through content analysis.
