Abstract
A test coupon for the mechanical testing of a laminar material. The coupon has three regions: an outer region with a first portion which is formed by two first ends which are opposite each other along the longitudinal axis; an inclined region contiguous with the outer region and having at least two first ramps, in which each of the first ramps extends along the longitudinal axis from each of the first ends towards a central region; and the central region which is arranged in the longitudinal axis between the two first ramps and comprises a second portion, in which the thickness of the second portion is less than the thickness of the first portion.

A test coupon for a mechanical testing of a laminar material, in which said test coupon extends along a longitudinal axis, along a transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and along a thickness, wherein the test coupon comprises:
- an outer region comprising at least a first portion which comprises two first ends opposite each other along the longitudinal axis;
- an inclined region contiguous with the outer region and comprising at least two first ramps;
- a central region, wherein the at least two first ramps extends along the longitudinal axis from one of the two first ends, respectively, towards the central region, wherein the central region is arranged on the longitudinal axis between the at least two first ramps and comprises a second portion in which a thickness of the second portion is less than a thickness of the first portion,
- wherein the outer region surrounds a perimeter of the inclined region and a perimeter of the central region.
