Tube diffuser and associated saddle

A system for wastewater aeration comprising:

• a tube diffuser including:
• a diffuser body extending along a longitudinal axis, the diffuser body including:
• an external sidewall defined along the longitudinal axis,
• an internal sidewall defined at a proximal end of the diffuser body, and
• a gas distribution section defined between the external sidewall and the internal sidewall;
• a diffuser membrane covering a portion of the diffuser body and defining a plurality of membrane holes;
• and
• a saddle attached to the tube diffuser, the saddle configured to transfer air from an air distribution pipe to the tube diffuser.

A tube diffuser for wastewater aeration comprising:

• a diffuser body extending along a longitudinal axis, and comprising:
• an external sidewall defined along the longitudinal axis,
• an internal sidewall defined at a proximal end of the diffuser body, and
• a gas distribution section defined between the external sidewall and the internal sidewall;
• and
• a diffuser membrane covering a portion of the diffuser body and defining a plurality of membrane holes.

A system for wastewater aeration comprising:

• a tube diffuser including:
• a diffuser body extending along a longitudinal axis, the diffuser body including:
• an external sidewall defined along the longitudinal axis,
• an internal sidewall defined at a proximal end of the diffuser body, and
• a gas distribution section defined between the external sidewall and the internal sidewall;
• a diffuser membrane covering a portion of the diffuser body and defining a plurality of membrane holes;
• and
• a saddle attached to the tube diffuser, the saddle comprising an engagement arm,
• wherein the gas distribution section is configured to receive the engagement arm, the engagement arm abutting the external sidewall and the saddle is configured to transfer air from an air distribution pipe to the tube diffuser
