Abstract
A strut structure for a crane comprising a strut arm extending longitudinally along a strut axis and comprising a foot and a top on which a hooking member for a sling is provided, and at least one tie rod including an upper tie rod end fastened to the top of the strut arm, at least one toggle leg mounted on the foot of the strut arm in front of the tie rod and having a lower end intended to form a toggle footing for the strut structure in a toggled position of the at least one toggle leg.
Claims14
A strut structure for a crane, comprising:
- a strut arm extending longitudinally along a strut axis and including a foot and a top on which is provided a hooking member for a sling;
- and
- at least one tie rod including an upper tie rod end fastened to the top of the strut arm;
- and
- wherein said strut structure comprises at least one toggle leg mounted on the foot of the strut arm in front of the tie rod and having a lower end intended to form a toggle footing for the strut structure in a toggled position of the at least one toggle leg.
