A quarter window assembly and a vehicle are provided. The quarter window assembly includes quarter window glass, an insert, and a first encapsulating member. The insert is integrally molded with the quarter window glass. The insert includes a first connecting portion. The first encapsulating member includes a first encapsulating portion and a second connecting portion connected to the first encapsulating portion. The first encapsulating portion is configured to be wrapped around an edge of a counterpart. The second connecting portion is detachably connected to the first connecting portion. The vehicle includes the counterpart and the quarter window assembly. The counterpart is disposed at a periphery of the quarter window glass.
