Abstract
A computer system comprising processing circuitry is provided. It is being arranged in a vehicle having a linear machine comprising an actuator having a plurality of permanent magnets and at least one stator comprising at least a first stator coil and second stator coil. The processing circuitry is configured to control the behavior of at least the first stator coil so that it is configured to act as an electromagnet creating an electromagnetic field, and control the behavior of at least the second stator coil so that it is configured to act as a generator, and thereby generating energy to an energy storage system.
Claims15
A computer system comprising processing circuitry, being arranged in a vehicle having a linear machine comprising an actuator having a plurality of permanent magnets and at least one stator comprising at least a first stator coil and second stator coil, the processing circuitry being configured to:
- control the behavior of at least the first stator coil so that it is configured to act as an electromagnet creating an electromagnetic field, and
- control the behavior of at least the second stator coil so that it is configured to act as a generator, and thereby generating energy to an energy storage system.
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- controlling, by processing circuitry, the behavior of at least a first stator coil so that it is configured to act as an electromagnet creating an electromagnetic field;
- and
- controlling, by the processing circuitry, the behavior of at least a second stator coil so that it is configured to act as a generator, and thereby generating energy to an energy storage system.
