Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a chip and an encapsulation method therefor. The chip comprises a first sheet material, a second sheet material, a first encapsulant and a second encapsulant, the second sheet material being disposed opposite the first sheet material, the first encapsulant being disposed between the first sheet material and the second sheet material, a lane being formed in the first encapsulant, and the second encapsulant being disposed around an edge of the lane. In this way, the first encapsulant can form a stable lane for a reagent to perform a biochemical reaction, and the second encapsulant can isolate the first encapsulant from the lane, reducing or preventing the influence of special molecules released by the first encapsulant on the biochemical reaction in the lanes, thereby improving sequencing quality.
