Abstract
A non-woven filter media is provided that comprises a first layer including a blend of acrylic fibers and polypropylene, PP, fibers, a second layer, and a third layer arranged between the first layer and the second layer. The third layer comprises electrospun nanofibers.

A non-woven filter media comprising:
- a first layer comprising acrylic fibers and polypropylene (PP) fibers;
- a second layer;
- and
- a third layer comprising electrospun nanofibers.

- a carded and electrostatically charged pre-filter layer comprising acrylic fibers and polypropylene fibers;
- a carrier layer;
- and
