Abstract
A manufacturing method for an aerosol generating substrate, which method includes: extruding a mixed material at room temperature to form an extruded substrate, wherein the mixed material is a component of an aerosol generating substrate; and subjecting the extruded substrate to hot air drying. The mixed material is extruded at room temperature and has good fluidity. In addition, further provided is a manufacturing system for an aerosol generating substrate.
Claims20
A method for manufacturing an aerosol generating substrate, comprising:
- subjecting a material mixture to room temperature extrusion to form an extrusion substrate, wherein the material mixture is a component of the aerosol generation substrate;
- and
- subjecting the extrusion substrate to hot air drying.
A system for manufacturing an aerosol generating substrate, comprising:
- an extrusion device configured for subjecting a material mixture to room temperature extrusion to form an extrusion substrate;
- and
- a hot air drying device configured for subjecting the extrusion substrate to hot air drying.
