Abstract
A novel hybrid pepper plant designated OLMECA is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of pepper hybrid OLMECA, to the plants and plant parts of hybrid pepper OLMECA, and to methods for producing a pepper plant by crossing the hybrid pepper OLMECA with itself or another pepper plant.

A seed of hybrid Capsicum annuum pepper designated OLMECA, wherein a representative sample of seed of said hybrid has been deposited under NCIMB No. ______.
A Capsicum annuum pepper plant or a plant part, or a plant cell thereof, wherein the pepper plant, a plant regenerated from the plant part or the plant cell has all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of hybrid OLMECA listed in Table 1 when grown under the same environmental conditions, wherein a representative sample of seed of said hybrid has been deposited under NCIMB No. ______.
A pepper plant, wherein said pepper plant comprises a single locus conversion and otherwise essentially all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of hybrid pepper plant OLMECA listed in Table 1 when grown under the same environmental conditions, wherein a representative sample of seed of said hybrid has been deposited under NCIMB No. ______.
