Data center rack with integrated manifold and power distribution

A data center rack, comprising:

• a rack structure installable in a data center environment and configured to support one or more information technology (IT) devices, the rack structure including:
• a plurality of rack columns disposed in a rectangular spaced apart relationship;
• and
• at least one rack manifold integrated into a first rack column of the plurality of rack columns, the at least one IT device connectible to the at least one rack manifold via one or more coolant tubes, the one or more coolant tubes configured to circulate a liquid coolant between the one or more IT devices and the rack manifold;
• and
• at least one pair of manifold connection ports disposed on an external surface of the data center rack, each pair of manifold connection ports fluidly coupled to the at least one rack manifold and connectible to a coolant distribution unit (CDU) to receive the liquid coolant via a coolant supply port and to return the circulated liquid coolant via a coolant return port.
