A position of a mobile device is calculated through self-differential positioning and precise point positioning after a positioning system is powered on. The calculation through the self-differential positioning is rapid, so in a case that the calculation is not performed successfully through the precise point positioning, first location information obtained through the self-differential positioning is taken as target location information about the mobile device, so as to ensure positioning efficiency of the mobile device. In a case that the calculation is performed successfully through the precise point positioning, location processing is performed based on second location information, so as to perform high-precision positioning and high-precision operation in a network-unavailable environment or a weak-network environment.
