Abstract
A notification apparatus includes: a storage unit that stores first information in which a first range of activity levels in a case where a worker is in one state is associated with a second range of heart rates in a case where the worker is in the one state; an acquisition unit that acquires the activity level per unit time of the worker during work and heart rate per unit time of the worker during the work; and a notification control unit that notifies second information related to the one state when the acquired activity level is within the first range and the acquired heart rate is within the second range.

A notification apparatus comprising:
- a storage unit that stores first information, in which a first range of activity levels in a case where a worker during work is in one of a plurality of states and a second range of heart rates in a case where the worker is in the one state are associated with each other;
- an acquisition unit that acquires activity level per unit time of the worker during the work and heart rate per unit time of the worker during the work;
- and
- a notification control unit that notifies second information relating to the one state when the acquired activity level is within the first range and the acquired heart rate is within the second range.
