Abstract

A connector includes a housing including a housing body and a retainer mounted on the housing body and a tubular first terminal accommodating portion provided in the housing body. The connector includes a first terminal for signal line to be inserted into the first terminal accommodating portion along a first direction, a connection terminal screw-fastened to the first terminal and a wire electrically connected to the connection terminal. The first terminal is structured such that a first connecting portion connected to the connection terminal and a second connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal are provided side by side along the first direction. The connection terminal is structured such that a terminal connecting portion connected to the first connecting portion and a wire connecting portion connected to the wire are provided side by side along an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the first direction.
