A compound of formula (I) or a salt thereof:
- wherein X═NH2 or -L2-[HSA conjugate], wherein
- wherein L1 and L2 are independently selected from the group consisting of —HN(C2-C60 alkyl)C(O)—, —HN(C2-C60 alkaryl)C(O)—, —HN(C2-C60 alkenyl)C(O)—,
- —HN(CH2)r(CH2CH2O)o(CH2)rC(O)—, —HN(CH2)r(O(CH2)mC(O))o(CH2)rC(O)—, —HN(CH2)r ((NH(CH2)mC(O))o)(CH2)rC(O)—, and
- wherein n=1 to 20, o=1 to 60, r=2 to 20, m=1 to 60, p=1 to 60, and q=1 to 60.
