Flexible bag body and cooler bag

A flexible bag body, wherein the flexible bag body is enclosed to form a cavity, and the flexible bag body is sequentially provided with an inner layer fabric, a filling layer and an outer layer fabric from inside to outside;

• the flexible bag body is provided with a plurality of crease portions, one of the plurality of crease portions comprises a plurality of grooves, and the plurality of grooves are formed in the flexible bag body along a predetermined track line;
• the filling layer is provided with an opening, and the inner layer fabric and the outer layer fabric are connected at the opening, so that a surface of the inner layer fabric and a surface of the outer layer fabric are sunken to form one of the plurality of grooves;
• and
• the flexible bag body is provided a folded state and an unfolded state, and in the folded state, the flexible bag body is bent and deformed at least on two sides of a part of one of the plurality of crease portions.
