Abstract
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing dynamic, prioritized spectrum utilization management. The system includes at least one monitoring sensor, at least one data analysis engine, at least one application, a semantic engine, a programmable rules and policy editor, a tip and cue server, and/or a control panel. The tip and cue server is operable utilize the environmental awareness from the data processed by the at least one data analysis engine in combination with additional information to create actionable data.
Claims20
A system for dynamic spectrum allocation in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- at least one data analysis engine operable to analyze the electromagnetic environment;
- and
- at least one smart contract engine;
- wherein the at least one smart contract engine is operable to facilitate dynamic spectrum leasing for at least one telecommunications operator or at least one satellite operator;
- and
- wherein the at least one smart contract engine allocates at least one portion of a frequency spectrum based on the electromagnetic environment.
A system for dynamic spectrum allocation in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- at least one data analysis engine operable to analyze measured data based on the electromagnetic environment;
- at least one smart contract engine;
- and
- a user-centric spectrum management module utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) to allocate spectrum resources;
- and
- wherein the at least one smart contract engine facilitates dynamic spectrum leasing and/or sharing for at least one telecommunications operator or at least one satellite operator.
A method for dynamic spectrum allocation in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- at least one user-centric spectrum management module utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) to allocate spectrum resources;
- and
- at least one smart contract engine facilitating dynamic spectrum leasing or sharing for at least one telecommunications operator and/or at least one satellite operator using at least one smart contract.
