A cable assembly including a cable including a plurality of conductors, and a shielding member to shield the plurality of conductors, and including a plurality of ground wires connectable to a ground electrode; and a connector including a connecting member through which an end of the cable passes, wherein the cable is configured so that ground wires of the plurality of ground wires in an end area of the cable in the connecting member cross between conductors of the plurality of conductors.

A cable assembly, comprising:
- a cable including:
- a plurality of conductors, and
- a shielding member to shield the plurality of conductors, and including a plurality of ground wires connectable to a ground electrode;
- and
- a connector including:
- a connecting member through which an end of the cable passes,
- wherein the cable is configured so that ground wires of the plurality of ground wires in an end area of the cable in the connecting member cross between conductors of the plurality of conductors.
