Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for provision of automated interactive electronic seating charts

An apparatus for generating one or more electronic seating charts for a physical space, the apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory, the at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to:

• receive, from a first computing device, a digital image representing at least a portion of the physical space;
• transmit, to the first computing device, an interface configured for rendering the digital image and receiving user-directed interactions;
• receive, via the interface, a physical space allocation input defining one or more seating section interface elements overlaid atop the digital image;
• generate, based on the physical space allocation input, a seating section interface element comprising one or more seating area interface sub-elements;
• receive, from the first computing device, one or more seating parameters comprising at least a seating area dimension and a seat dimension;
• generate, based on the one or more seating parameters, a plurality of seats arranged along one or more spline-based or curved seating rows within the one or more seating area interface sub-elements, wherein a curvature of one or more spline-based or curved seating rows is dynamically adjustable via a graphical tool element of the interface;
• allocate the plurality of seats to the one or more seating area interface sub-elements such that spacing between seats in a row is automatically evenly distributed;
• transmit, to the first computing device, a modified interface configured for rendering a three-dimensional model of the physical space comprising graphical representations of the plurality of seats arranged along the one or more spline-based or curved seating rows;
• and
• generate, based on an approval signal received from the first computing device, a physical allocation data structure configured for use with an integrated ticketing system.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions for generating one or more electronic seating charts for a physical space, that when executed by a processor, cause an apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory to:

• receive, from a first computing device, a digital image representing at least a portion of the physical space;
• transmit, to the first computing device, an interface configured for rendering the digital image and receiving user-directed interactions;
• receive, via the interface, a physical space allocation input defining one or more seating section interface elements overlaid atop the digital image;
• generate, based on the physical space allocation input, a seating section interface element comprising one or more seating area interface sub-elements;
• receive, from the first computing device, one or more seating parameters comprising at least a seating area dimension and a seat dimension;
• generate, based on the one or more seating parameters, a plurality of seats arranged along one or more spline-based or curved seating rows within the one or more seating area interface sub-elements, wherein a curvature of one or more spline-based or curved seating rows is dynamically adjustable via a graphical tool element of the interface;
• allocate the plurality of seats to the one or more seating area interface sub-elements such that spacing between seats in a row is automatically evenly distributed;
• transmit, to the first computing device, a modified interface configured for rendering a three-dimensional model of the physical space comprising graphical representations of the plurality of seats arranged along the one or more spline-based or curved seating rows;
• and
• generate, based on an approval signal received from the first computing device, a physical allocation data structure configured for use with an integrated ticketing system.

A computer-implemented method for generating one or more electronic seating charts for a physical space, the computer-implemented method comprising:

• receive, from a first computing device, a digital image representing at least a portion of the physical space;
• transmit, to the first computing device, an interface configured for rendering the digital image and receiving user-directed interactions;
• receive, via the interface, a physical space allocation input defining one or more seating section interface elements overlaid atop the digital image;
• generate, based on the physical space allocation input, a seating section interface element comprising one or more seating area interface sub-elements;
• receive, from the first computing device, one or more seating parameters comprising at least a seating area dimension and a seat dimension;
• generate, based on the one or more seating parameters, a plurality of seats arranged along one or more spline-based or curved seating rows within the one or more seating area interface sub-elements, wherein a curvature of one or more spline-based or curved seating rows is dynamically adjustable via a graphical tool element of the interface;
• allocate the plurality of seats to the one or more seating area interface sub-elements such that spacing between seats in a row is automatically evenly distributed;
• transmit, to the first computing device, a modified interface configured for rendering a three-dimensional model of the physical space comprising graphical representations of the plurality of seats arranged along the one or more spline-based or curved seating rows;
• and
• generate, based on an approval signal received from the first computing device, a physical allocation data structure configured for use with an integrated ticketing system.
